How does the household tax deduction work?
In 2026, 35% of the labour portion paid to a company can qualify for the Finnish household tax credit. The annual threshold is €150 and the maximum is €1,600 per person. We provide an itemised invoice; the Finnish Tax Administration determines the final credit.
What if the landlord doesn't approve the cleaning?
We have a satisfaction guarantee. If the cleaning doesn't meet the landlord's requirements, we'll fix any issues at no extra charge.
How much does final cleaning cost?
The estimated price of final cleaning depends on the size of the home: 15–38 m² €219, 39–55 m² €299, 56–70 m² €389 and 71–90 m² €449. The exact price is confirmed in the quote, and you can claim the 35 % household deduction on the cleaning work. Window washing, the balcony and deep cleaning of stubborn dirt are priced as extras.
What does final cleaning include?
In the kitchen we wipe worktops, cupboards and drawers, clean the outside of the stove, oven and cooker hood, and the fridge and freezer inside and out. In the bathroom we wash the floors, splash-zone tiles, toilet, sink, taps, shower and floor drain. In living rooms we vacuum and wipe floors, surfaces, doors, frames, skirting boards and window sills.
